DAO ( Decentralized Autonomic Organization ) is a nature development for this new web3 music eco system. We intend to implement the following tasks and give out the rights and decision making power to MMU token holders who stake their MMU token to participate in the DAO.

  • Treasury distribution：where DAO members can decide how to allocate the reserved treasury pool

  • Artists reward pool distribution : where DAO members can decide how to allocate the

  • Reward scheme：where DAO members can discuss and make a community decision to change the way actors earn token reward.

  • Web3 crowd-funding album：where DAO members can initiate a crowd-funding type of event to pre-sell a community selected artists to issue their web3 album music NFTs so that the collectors are pre-decided and zero selling pressure from artists.

  • Bad-actor punishment：where DAO members can decide how to punish bad actors of the eco system.

  • Voting rights for other agendas : holders of MMU can stake their MMU to gain more voting power.
